Single Lost in The Echo dirilis pada bulan Oktober 2012 lalu sebagai digital download. Linkin Park memulai proses perekaman untuk lagu ini sejak Maret 2012 lalu. Mike Shinoda menyatakan bahwa Lost in The Echo adalah salah satu lagu dalam album Living Things yang dapat 'mendefinisikan' mengenai album tersebut.
